After dropping Beautiful G off at school Sunshine and I headed to Walgreens to pick up toilet paper (because at $0.12 a roll it is hard to pass up!) .
While we were there I scored an amazing deal. I got all of the above for $8.73. Not too bad, less than $1 per item.
The real haul was this:
They were getting rid of their newspapers and I scored a bunch of free inserts!!!

I have to ask how u got it for 12 cents a roll!!! That is my kind of bargain. Hoping I can get that kind of deal!

I was wrong, it was $0.16 a roll (still an awesome deal though!)
Right now Walgreens has Cottonelle for $5 a 12 pack (see above) plus their Walgreens monthly booklet (Instant Value) has a $1 off each pack. On top of that, if you buy 2, you get $3 in Register Rewards (buy 3, Get $4 in Register Rewards). On top of that there are coupons available online to get $0.50 off a pack.
I bought 2 packs ($10 total), took of $2 for the Walgreens coupon (now $8) and 2 $0.50 coupons (now $7 paid out of pocket). Got $3 in Register Rewards, or $4 total. Divide that by 24 rolls, it's $0.16. My $0.12 was quick on the fly math which I'm not good at. I'm sorry!
