Weight: 219 (-1 lb)
The good news is that I lost a lb. The bad news is I couldn't stick to the diet. Some days were better than others and a few days I stuck 100% but other days I was completely off.
I finished Master Your Metabolism and some of it sounds great like eating a more whole food diet but I still struggle with the organic only diet. Especially when dealing with a family who wouldn't give up their cheerios and wheat thins.
I'm still looking at various diets. This week's goals will be exercise 3 days this week and aim for a 1400 to 1700 calories a day.
